As a longtime resident of New Hampshire, I have worked in social services for over 10 years and have found so much to love about our unique rural state. Mainly, the people here care deeply about our community, and that’s why I am so grateful to be working together to advance access to care and health equity. With Unite Us, I am proud to help bridge gaps to address the social determinants of health and build a healthier New Hampshire.
– Nadine Lamontagne, Community Engagement Manager
I believe that communication is key to most things. It is how we’re able to develop relationships, make connections, and coalesce around common goals and missions. Communication ensures that we are able to collaborate to leverage strengths and shore up weaknesses. Unite Us provides the communication solution for health and social service providers across New Hampshire to better connect and better serve our communities.
